Liberty Walk got their start creating body kits for the Nissan GT-R. The style is a bit controversial with its wide fender flares that are attached via exposed screws. Which is likely homage to the 70s-era Datsun Z-cars. Liberty Walk has expanded their business outside of the GT-Rs and now offers Ferrari 458, Lamborghini Huracán, and Lamborghini Aventador kits as well. This time they have set their sights on the Audi R8.
For the Audi R8 Liberty Walk has added their signature flared and rear front fenders, along with a bespoke front splitter, extended side skirts, ducktail spoiler and carbon rear diffuser.
The Liberty Walk Audi R8 is riding on Airrex air suspension and the sound of the 5.2-liter V10 has been enhanced with a custom Armytrix exhaust. There’s no word if the engine has been tuned in anyway. The Liberty Walk R8 will official debut at SEMA next week.
